The Ram Club is comprised of Penns Valley residents and alumni who
have a long history of dedication and involvement in our community. 
The Ram Club's vision is to encourage individuals, businesses and
community groups to support the construction of a community center,
providing Valley residents access to resources and facilities that
promote the well being of the community-at-large in a professional
manor.  To this end, The Ram Club seeks to fund the design, development,
and construction of the 52,000 square foot Ram Community Centre.

The Ram Community Centre will be a recreational, medical, and event
facility that will benefit the community by providing a facility that can
also serve as a place to host community non-athletic events.  In addition, The Ram Centre will house several medical providers, inter-generational services, and space for wellness programs.

The Ram Centre will become the cornerstone for activities and programs
in the Valley.

THE CENTRE HAS THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:

> To enhance recreational and athletic facilities:

Large gymnasium with a basketball court, several multi-purpose rooms, locker rooms, and enhanced wellness programs.

> To enhance the lifestyle of Penns Valley residents:

An inter-generational facility, special events, a child-care facility, a senior center, cultural activities, leisure activities, community events, and a catering kitchen.

> To provide the means, opportunity, and encouragement for regular physical activity for better health and quality of life:

Daytime and evening access to the Centre for youth, teens, adults, families, and senior citizens.

> To enhance health care delivery by providing services and education through:

Cooperative partnerships with the Mt. Nittany Physician's Group, as well as the YMCA of Centre County
