Well, we have been planting and nuturing these seeds for awhile and its finally paying off as many have sprouted in the heat of this past week. I guess anything will grow if you apply enough organic matter, heat and hydration.
The Ram Centre is now an official corporation. We got our approved paperwork from Pa.
Just finalized the YMCA lease yesterday with their president, board chair, three atty, and a few others. So we just need to get the revisions incorporated and get the signatures. The YMCA announcement should be out next week with the official signing.
Met several times with the PV Supt this week to finalize the school land lease and it will be approved by the school board at their regular board meeting next Wed July 20. The PV school lease for the classroom is in process.
Resolved the final minor issues with the Centre County office of Aging for the senior center yesterday. So again, I just need to get the final lease, sign it and forward to the county office. Their board will approve it 2 weeks hence due to sunshine laws.
The Medical group will finalize their decison early next week. It continues to look promising. The actual lease will take a few more weeks as they just lost their in-house counsel this week.
The PT group is understandably waiting for the medical group to commit before signing the lease.
I apologize for not having prior updates for you, but there were too many loose ends and things were so tentative that I couldn't just send out a wish list.
Going forward, I will give you more frequent updates as they arise.
